Meet our Team

Dr. Tesi, our Medical Director, has a special interest in anti-aging treatments and wound healing. She is a Board Certified Surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Vermont in Biological Sciences. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger and Gabon, in West Africa. She earned her Master's Degree in Public Health focusing on Nutritional Health from UCLA. Her Doctorate of Medicine was earned at SUNY Health Center At Brooklyn: Brooklyn, NY; and she earned her General Surgery Internship and Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine New Orleans. When she’s not at the spa, Dr. Tesi is busy practicing ER medicine and traveling the globe teaching prehospital emergency care.

Nancy, our Licensed Massage Therapist,

is a native of Plaquemine Louisiana. She just recently returned from San Antonio after 20 years, gaining experience working in salons, spas and at the Methodist 

Healthcare system. 

Nancy graduated a 650 hr course in massage therapy at Massage Academy of the South in Baton Rouge, July 1996. She’s been a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association for 26 years.

Nancy says, “I’ve practiced Reflexology for 26 years after passing a 200 hour certification program with the International Institute of Reflexology in 2001. I received my Reiki Master certificate in San Antonio, Texas. Studying a few years with Amy Sikarskie.

I continued my education with a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, Myoskeletal release, Reflexology, Reiki, and more.

I love my job at Argus Spa. The spa supports a calm atmosphere where you can escape the demands of every day life. My goal is to work with each client so you will leave relaxed, which is a state of mind that promotes healing❣️

Melinda is new to Franklin and is excited to be a part of this extraordinary community. She is an experienced licensed beauty professional passionate about helping people look and feel their best.  She has a natural talent for esthetics, which she discovered at a young age by wanting to care for her own skin troubles. Over the years, she has honed her skills and is dedicated to ensuring that her clients receive top-quality services.

In addition to her work in the spa, Melinda enjoys a variety of hobbies and activities that help her stay grounded and creative. She loves spending time outdoors, practicing meditation, taking in live music, and indulging in all things crafty. These interests give her a well-rounded perspective  and inspire her to bring new ideas and techniques to her work.
