Reiki is hands-on natural healing using the universal life force energy. The term comes from the Japanese word "rei" meaning universal and "ki" which means vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki, an abundant, gentle spiritual energy, is very relaxing to the body. 

Therapeutic oils are used for this hot towel wrap, along with a soothing hand massage. The wrap can be added to any massage session. 

A perfect and quick stress reliever when you need it but don't have time for a full massage session.
